A coat evaluation and personalized estimate. Required before a new client books a lion cut, with 25% of the consultation fee applied toward that grooming service.
Medication Assistance Consultation
A brief in-home visit to discuss long-term medication needs, assess fit and share practical tips for giving medication at home.

Nail trim, all 4 paws
A complete manicure and pedicure using low-stress handling, positive reinforcement, and treats.
Nail trim, front or back paws
For cats who are front-declawed or only need one set of paws trimmed.
Waterless shampoo treatment + brush out
A freshen-up that removes excess oil, dirt, and dandruff without a bath.
FURminator® de-shedding treatment
Waterless de-shedding treatment and brush out, recommended every 1–2 months.
Sanitary Shave
Hind-end hygiene support, including a gentle clean and waterless shampoo finish. Additional fees for heavily matted or soiled fur are communicated before the visit.
Matt shave
For mild-to-moderate matting. Price covers up to 15 minutes, with time added as needed.
Ear cleaning
A gentle flush and wipe-out using pet-specific ear cleaner.
Paw pad trim
A careful trim for long-haired cats with tangled or slippery paw feathers.
1/2 belly shave
Targeted grooming support for comfort and hygiene.
Full belly shave
A fuller grooming option for cats who need extra coat care.
Basic lion cut
A customizable shavedown for long-haired cats. New clients need a grooming consultation first.

Medication assistance
Oral or topical medication administration
Short-term help with prescribed oral, topical, or transdermal medication, including up to two medications.
Injectable medication administration
Assistance with one injection, including vitamin B12, prescription allergy shots, or daytime insulin.
Subcutaneous fluid administration
In-home help with prescribed fluids. Regular ongoing care can be quoted to fit your schedule.
Health monitoring & comfort care
Vitals Check
Includes heart rate, respiratory rate, body temperature, mucous membrane color, and capillary refill measurements for cats being monitored for chronic conditions, recovering from hospitalization or surgery, or receiving palliative care. Results are written down for you to share with your veterinarian. This service does not provide diagnoses or medical advice.
Blood Glucose Check
Includes one at-home blood glucose reading using the AlphaTrak3 Blood Glucose Monitoring System. Results are written down for you to share with your veterinarian. This service does not provide diagnoses, prescriptions, or medication-dose changes.
Bladder Expression
For cats who need their bladder manually emptied due to urinary incontinence, recovery from surgery, or other physical limitations, plus a quick clean of the perineal area afterward.

Help getting your cat safely and calmly into a carrier for an upcoming trip.
All services are performed with clients present at home, unless otherwise discussed prior to your visit. Grooming services focus primarily on comfort and hygiene, rather than fancy or appearance-focused haircuts. No service provided by Comfy Claws is a substitute for necessary veterinary care. I reserve the right to refuse service if I believe it is in your cat’s best interest to be seen by a veterinarian before we proceed.
